Returns & Exchanges

At Kasumi, we want you to love your home as much as we do; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original box, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
